🌸 How do you tune into your wants?
Listen to your body, they say.. Listen to what its telling you.
Sure.. Easier said than done, for some.
Tuning into what you’re actually wanting can be an art – at least at the start. But like with most things, practice helps.
Finding out what you’re ACTUALLY wanting, can take time. And for some women – it can be hard to get clear with this – let alone tell someone ELSE what we actually want or need.
To fully discover what you’re truly wanting, the first thing to remember is to be kind to yourself, if you’re not actually sure what that is. It can be easy for these desires to become skewed or fuzzy, by the opinions or desires of other people – like our families, work colleagues, or friends.
The second approach to this discovery, is learning how to become comfortable with being uncomfortable. It is when we do things outside our comfort zones, that we best learn what we enjoy, and what we do not.
The source of most discomfort for most people, is actually the worry we have about what others may think. By practicing being uncomfortable, we’re also giving ourselves permission to live on our own terms, without us becoming worried about what others may think about us. This leads to a freer us – living more from our wants and desires.
When it comes to your health, please don’t settle for mediocrity. You’d like better sleep, more energy? We can do that. Wanting to investigate a hormonal imbalance? Done.
Even if you’re unsure about a lot of things right now, which may even be what you’re wanting for lunch today – no sweat. But let us get your hormones working for you, so you can start living the life of your wants.
Personally speaking about my wants.. I surely wouldn’t mind living life the way the women in this picture likely is today.
Yours in health,
