Botanical medicine, also referred to as herbal medicine, can benefit concerns ranging from hormonal imbalances, to improving cognitive functioning, to general wellness.  Commonly taken orally – either via capsules, sipped as a tea, or a few drops in a liquid tincture.  Depending on what you’re presenting with, botanical medicine may be a good addition.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) acupuncture is based on the energetic meridians of the body, and how these relate to various health concerns.

Common conditions in which acupuncture can be of great benefit include mental / emotional concerns such as anxiety, sleep regulation or insomnia, hormonal imbalances including menstrual regulation, and digestive concerns, which may also be in addition to a weight-loss regime, to name a few.

Acupuncture is also used as part of muscle or tendon injury protocols with athletes, and commonly used for pain management in all age groups, for conditions such as arthritis or joint pain.
