The interconnectivity of our digestive system to all other systems, especially with our brain and nervous system, is getting more attention now than ever before (and rightfully so).

This connection is much more vast and complex than we had originally anticipated.  Conditions such as difficulty concentrating, poor memory, depression, anxiety, and even migraine headaches, which were originally thought to have sole origin in the brain, have seen great improvement byway of also addressing the digestive system.  For years, skin conditions like eczema or acne have been treated topically, without any element of gut healing.  By also healing the gut, through lifestyle, dietary and supplemental adjustments, we are able to see improvements in conditions that weren’t originally thought to have a direct link to the gut.
